*PNTL calls on MTCI to control shops that sell skyrocket and firecracker.  Deputy commander for the Timorese Police, Commissioner of Police Afonso de Jesus has called on the Ministry of Tourism, Commerce and Industry to control shops which are selling firecracker and skyrocket in order to reduce numbers of the problem in the country.  De Jesus said they would make efforts to stop the children who played skyrocket and firecracker because the time had not come to play them.  "Normally children play those things during the Christmas Eve an dNew Year feast but unfortunately the children invented it to make noisy, therefore we will make efforts to stop them," de Jesus said.  *Timor Post, November 23, 2011 language source: Tetun
