Question:  What action do you take?

Alternatives:
A.  Wait behind and move off after, when clear?
B.  Sound your horn for him to move?
C.  Driver around him and wait next to him in the wrong lane?
D.  Drive around him and turn right?

Scroll down for the answer.

Answer:
Obviously, the car in front is creating a traffic hazard in that he is holding up traffic.  So A is the worst action you can take.
B is good because you are trying to warn him of his mistake and correct him.  One point.
C is better because you can then both move off and clear the road you are in quicker.  Two points.
D is by far the best because you keep moving which is the main goal of Dili road users.  Three points.  Well done!  (Do not think of other cars on the road you are entering.  They will have to get out of the way.)
